The batter needs the softened stick butter, granulated sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder, baking soda. Vanilla extract, eggs, buttermilk, liquid red food coloring, white vinegar, cake flour. The frosting need the softened blocks of cream cheese, softened stick butter, powdered sugar and vanilla extract. While the garnish requires the sugar sprinkles that will suit the occasions on which the cupcakes are to be served.

The making is simple. The oven is needed to make them, which should be pre-heated to 350 degrees. The candy is to be placed in the bottom of each tin cup. In the large bowel, mix the butter, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt and vanilla for nearly 2 minutes. Then add eggs, buttermilk, food coloring and vinegar and mix them. Mix all these in the varying speeds over the medium to slow and then medium with the mixer. After mixing them, pour them in the trays, but keeping the candy in the middle. Bake all of them to the 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes so that the wooden toothpick that you have inserted in the middle to check it comes out clean. Then you can add the frosting that is optional in the making the red velvet cakes.
