Many people are fond of chocolate and chocolate cupcake is a perfect alternate to it. Chocolate cupcake provides you not only with taste but they appear very fancy and delicious. Its decoration is the first enticing thing that is so inviting and it's something noone can resist. The following are a few recipes for chocolate cupcakes.


1st recipe of chocolate cupcake

Ingredients required for chocolate cupcake

150 grams (5 oz) of soft butter is required, 150 grams (5 oz) of super refined caster sugar, 175 grams (6 oz) of self raising flour, 3 eggs, 2 table spoons of cocoa powder and 1 table spoon of vanilla extract.

Method of making chocolate cupcake

Heat your oven at 350oF or 180oC. Make a line of 12 cup cake pan along with papers which are used for cupcakes. Crack the eggs in a bow and beat it properly with a folk to form a liquid mixture. Now place the entire ingredient in a large bowl. Beat this mixture with electrical mixer for 2 or 3 minutes until the mixture is nice and creamy. Net step is to divide this mixture evenly amongst the cases of the cake. Now bake this cake in a pre-heated oven for at least 18 to 20 minutes until the mixture is cakey and has risen. Leave the cake to cool down and put it in a wire rack, make sure the mixture is fully cool before you make a top layer on it or make icing on top.


2nd recipe for chocolate cupcake

Ingredients required for making a cupcake

2 cups of caster sugar which is finely refined, half a spoon of baking powder, 1 tablespoon of salt, 1 table spoon of baking soda, 2 cups of flour, half a cup of shortening, ¾ cup of water, 2 big eggs, ¾ cup of milk, 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence and 4 ounces of melted chocolate which is not sweet and used for baking.

Method of making chocolate cupcake

Heat the oven at 350 degrees. After pre-heating the pan draw a line of cupcakes and put paper liners in it which are used for baking cupcakes. Break the 2 eggs in a bowl and mix it gently with a folk. Add sugar in the eggs and beat it with an electronic mixture to give it a desired texture. After the egg mixture is thick and creamy add rest of the ingredients in the mixture. Put this mixture in a pre-heated pan for about 25 minutes. It is not essential but you can put toothpick in each cup. If this toothpick comes out clean after 25 minutes, it means that the cake has been baked properly. Allow it to cool naturally for 15 minutes and put it on wire racks to completely cool it. Make nice and appealing toppings with the help of chocolate, fruits and jelly. Make interesting and stylish toppings so more people are attracted to eat it. Nicer the toping, more people will purchase the cupcake.
